Adaptive 最新推出的「Triggered Agents」功能，旨在將 AI 代理從被動等待轉變為主動執行，透過連結現有工具的事件觸發機制，實現工作流程的自動化。
核心機制
「Triggered Agents」允許使用者將來自 Square、Shopify、Slack、GitHub、Calendly、Stripe、Typeform 或任何支援 webhook 的工具事件，直接連結至 AI 代理。當特定事件發生時，系統會自動啟用一個帶有事件資料與預設指令的 Agent，執行研究、撰寫郵件、準備簡報或更新試算表等任務。
實際應用場景
該功能強調「無需人工介入」的自動化流程，將業務中的關鍵時刻轉化為具體行動：
- Shopify 庫存警報：當熱銷商品庫存不足時，Agent 會自動分析需求趨勢、識別供應商並草擬採購訂單，僅需使用者在 Slack 確認即可。
- Stripe 付款失敗：自動讀取交易歷史並啟動復原流程。
- GitHub PR 開啟：自動審查程式碼差異並標記潛在風險。
使用體驗
Adaptive 強調「最好的 Agent 是你無需手動啟動的 Agent」。使用者只需描述事件發生時應採取的行動（例如：「當 Shopify 收到新訂單時，檢查庫存並在需要補貨時通知供應商」），若系統已有相關資料（如供應商清單）即可直接使用，若無則會主動詢問。此功能目前已在所有方案中開放使用，旨在消除頻繁切換視窗與手動搜尋的繁瑣工作。
